Premier Residential Staff is bonded and carries workers compensation and general liability insurance. As required by law, staff members are Premier Residential Staff employees, not independent contactors. Therefore, all appropriate taxes are covered by Premier Residential Staff. For client convenience and protection, all of these items are covered as part of the Premier Residential Staff’s all inclusive pricing.

If the company you use does not carry professional liability insurance, you may be held liable for theft or damages caused by their staff while working for you.
