Our History

Premier Residential is a sister entity of the Five Star parent group. Five Star was started sixteen years ago by founder David DePhillips, and has grown to become the top staffing and event servicing organization in the Philadelphia tri-state area.

Five Star and Premier Residential are known for their gifted employees and high standards of service, both of which have helped the organizations secure the business of high profile clients such as M. Night Shyamalan, President George W. Bush, President Bill Clinton, Bono, Philadelphia Phillies, Will and Jada Smith, Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper, Harry Connick Jr, The Roots, Jimmy Kimmel, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Eva Longoria, Porsche, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Armani, and the University of Pennsylvania.

About Premier Enterprises

David R DePhillips, CEO & Founder of Premier Enterprises focuses on standards of excellence to meet our clients needs. Mr. DePhillips previously worked in the hospitality and food service industry for more than fourteen years and has worked in the staffing industry for more than fifteen years. Mr. DePhillips previously worked in the Banquet and Food and Beverage Departments of some of the most prestigious hotels in the Philadelphia area including: the Ritz Carlton, and the Four Seasons hotels. Mr. DePhillips also managed events for a Philadelphia based catering company with exclusive rights to the University of Pennsylvania Museum and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. For the past sixteen years he has been CEO & Founder of Premier Events.

Following these experiences, Mr. DePhillips began Premier Residential with a goal of providing personal, consistent, quality service to his customers that far exceeded the industry standard. He has served as CEO & Founder of Premier Residential for the past ten years, and screens all Premier Residential  employees before they are hired so as to maintain the consistent and high level of service to which he is accustomed.
